Market day 12"x12" unframed
Acrylic and mixed media painting on a 1.5” thick gallery-wrapped canvas. This piece is from my “Oaxaca” series, inspired by memories of travels in Mexico. The rich browns, burnt sienna, and pale pink remind me of some of the delicious items - including chocolate, mole, fruits, and vegetables - that are available at the large markets there.
Finished with a satin varnish for archival, UV protection. Initialed discreetly in the lower right corner and titled and signed on the back. The sides are painted a deep brown that matches the painting and it has a wire on the back, so it is ready to hang without a frame.
Shipping Information
