SHIPPING

Shipping with the US

Paintings up to, and including, 16x20” ship free within the US (including Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

Shipping for sizes 20x20” and higher depends on the destination. You won’t be charged shipping at checkout, but will be invoiced separately for shipping charges when ready to ship.

To give you an idea of costs, shipping for a 20x20” or 30x30” painting typically falls between $50-100. Feel free to contact me for a shipping estimate before placing an order. I’ll need to know what size painting you want to purchase and your shipping address.

If you’re local and would like to arrange to pick up your art from my studio in Seattle (Phinney Ridge area), select the “Pickup” option at checkout.

Shipping outside the US

International shipping is available to most countries. If you live outside the US, please contact me to get a shipping quote. I’ll need to know what size painting you want to purchase and your shipping address.

You’ll be charged a small base shipping charge at checkout and any additional shipping costs will be invoiced separately when ready to ship.

Please note, I’m not responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with shipping to your country.

General shipping info

All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped out of my studio in Seattle, WA within 2 weeks of the purchase date.

NOTE: Occasionally, I take time off away from the studio, in which case order fulfillment times may be delayed. If this is the case, there will be a notification on the homepage of my website letting you know the date that I’ll return to start filling and shipping orders again. Any orders placed while I’m away will ship within 14 business days of my return date.

All pieces on canvas and wood panel arrive finished with a satin UV varnish, wired and ready to hang. The sides of all wood and canvas pieces are painted a color that matches one of the colors in the painting, so they can hang framed or unframed.

Damages in transit: all work is carefully packed and wrapped. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible (within 3 days) and provide photos of the damaged parts of the piece and the packaging.

FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?

I can offer a payment plan on any piece of original artwork over $1000 USD. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to hold the piece(s). You can pay the remaining balance the following month or in two installments of 25% each over the following two months, interest-free. Usual shipping costs and return policies apply. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging this.

Do you offer prints?

I don’t offer prints at this time but am hoping to do that at some point in the future. Check back or subscribe to my newsletter to get notified when prints are available.

Are your paintings available framed?

All work on wood panels and canvas come with the sides painted to match one of the colors in the painting so they can be hung unframed.

A few pieces on my site are framed and I’m hoping to do more of that in the near future. Meanwhile, you can use a service like Framebridge for high-quality, affordable framing. You can also easily frame paper pieces yourself using inexpensive frames from Ikea and a custom-cut mat board from a craft or frame shop or Mat Board Plus. See this framing tutorial on my blog for more details.

If you’re local, I’m happy to facilitate framing at a local shop for an extra charge plus the cost of the framing. Send me an email for more details.

Can I see more photos or talk to you about a piece I’m unsure of?

Yes of course! I’m happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have via email, phone, or even a Zoom call. Just send me an email to get started.

What is your refund policy?

I want you to be delighted with your new artwork, so I offer a refund option for customers in the US and Canada. Please see the refund policy on my site for more information.
