Inspiration:

This painting is from a series celebrating spring, inspired by the fresh feel of stems, leaves, and blooms emerging from the earth.

Winter often feels quiet and dormant, but I love knowing that there’s a swirl of activity happening underground. Roots stretching deeper, seeds swelling, bulbs gathering their strength and pushing upward.

This painting is my love letter to that feeling — to the tension, excitement and patience required when you know something wonderful is coming, but you just can’t see it yet.

Details:

Acrylic and mixed media painting on 1.5” thick canvas, framed in a raw maple float frame. The dimensions with the frame are 12.5× 12.5”. The frame is 1.5” deep.

Finished with a satin varnish for archival, UV protection. The painting is titled and signed on the back and arrives ready to hang.

Paintings 16x20” and under ship free in the US and Canada. Shipping costs for larger paintings will be invoiced separately when the painting is ready to ship. International shipping is available.
